TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Aurora POS. By creating an account and using our software, you (the "User," "Client," or "Store Owner") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the system.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aurora POS system, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the system.

2. Service Description

Aurora POS provides a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) management system designed to help businesses manage inventory, sales, and customers. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. User Account & Security

1. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials (username and password).
2. Any activity occurring under the User’s account is the sole responsibility of the User.
3. Aurora Digitz reserves the right to suspend accounts that are found to be in violation of these terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.

4. Subscription and Billing

1. Subscription plans are subject to the pricing and billing cycles selected at the time of purchase.
2. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
3. Failure to pay subscription fees on time may result in the temporary suspension of service.

5. Data Backup and User Responsibility (Critical)

Aurora POS provides an integrated backup utility to ensure that users can secure their business data. However, the following conditions apply:

5.1 User Responsibility: It is the sole and absolute responsibility of the User to perform regular, manual backups of their store data using the provided backup tool.

5.2 Limitation of Liability for Data Loss: While Aurora Digitz strives to maintain high system uptime and data integrity, we do not guarantee that the system will be error-free or that data will never be lost.

5.3 No Liability for Loss: In the event of data corruption, server failure, accidental deletion, or any other circumstance leading to the loss of data or store disturbance, Aurora Digitz shall not be held liable for any loss of business, financial loss, or data recovery costs.

5.4 Indemnification: By using this system, the User acknowledges that they have been provided with the tools to secure their own data and agrees that Aurora Digitz is not responsible for the failure of the User to maintain regular backups.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurora Digitz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.

7. Prohibited Use

The User agrees not to:

1. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or steal the source code of the Aurora POS system.
2. Use the system for any illegal activities or to store prohibited content.
3. Resell the software as their own without explicit written permission from Aurora Digitz.

8. Termination of Service

Aurora Digitz reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the system without prior notice if the User violates any of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, the User is encouraged to take a final backup of their data immediately.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Punjab, Pakistan]. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad.

10. Amendments

Aurora Digitz reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notification within the system. Continued use of the system after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
